Crispy Buffalo Chicken

Crispy, spicy buffalo chicken that's packed with protein and full of flavor.

Ingredients

  • 1.5 lbs chicken breast, cut into chunks
  • 1 cup buffalo sauce
  • ½ cup flour or almond flour
  • 2 eggs, beaten
  • 1 cup panko breadcrumbs
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh cilantro and lime for garnish

Instructions

  1. 1.Preheat oven to 400 degrees F
  2. 2.Season chicken with salt and pepper
  3. 3.Set up breading station: flour, beaten eggs, and panko breadcrumbs in separate bowls
  4. 4.Coat each chicken piece in flour, then egg, then breadcrumbs
  5. 5.Place on baking sheet and bake for 20-25 minutes until golden and crispy
  6. 6.Toss with buffalo sauce and garnish with cilantro and lime
