Crispy Buffalo Chicken

Ingredients
- •1.5 lbs chicken breast, cut into chunks
- •1 cup buffalo sauce
- •½ cup flour or almond flour
- •2 eggs, beaten
- •1 cup panko breadcrumbs
- •Salt and pepper to taste
- •Fresh cilantro and lime for garnish
Instructions
- 1.Preheat oven to 400 degrees F
- 2.Season chicken with salt and pepper
- 3.Set up breading station: flour, beaten eggs, and panko breadcrumbs in separate bowls
- 4.Coat each chicken piece in flour, then egg, then breadcrumbs
- 5.Place on baking sheet and bake for 20-25 minutes until golden and crispy
- 6.Toss with buffalo sauce and garnish with cilantro and lime
