Protein Banana Bread

Ingredients
- •80g Flour
- •62g Vanilla Protein Powder (2 scoops)
- •1 tsp Baking Powder
- •1 tsp Salt
- •½ tsp Baking Soda
- •2 Large Eggs
- •200g Mashed Banana
- •80g Plain Greek Yogurt
- •90g Peanut Butter
- •1 tsp Vanilla Extract
- •60g Chocolate Chunks (optional)
Instructions
- 1.Preheat oven to 350 degrees
- 2.Mix flour, protein powder, baking powder, salt, and baking soda in a large bowl
- 3.Add eggs, mashed banana, yogurt, peanut butter, vanilla and mix until smooth
- 4.Fold in chocolate chunks (optional)
- 5.Add to loaf pan (can use parchment paper to cover pan or coat with spray) and bake for 35-45 minutes
